Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how [LEGAL ENTITY — e.g., Willow Country Bar / So Clutch Hospitality Group] (“Willow,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and protects information when you visit this website or reach out to us about a reservation, private event, or anything else.

What we collect

  • Contact details you give us — your name, phone number, and email when you text or call our line, or submit a reservation or private event inquiry, along with anything you tell us about your party, date, or preferences.
  • Usage and analytics data — pages viewed, referring site, approximate location, device and browser type, and similar information collected automatically.
  • Cookies and similar technologies — see the Cookie Policy below.

How we use it

  • To respond to your inquiries and confirm reservations, tables, and private bookings.
  • To send occasional marketing or event updates where you have given consent — you can opt out at any time.
  • To understand how the site is used and make it better.
  • To protect the venue, our guests, and our team, and to comply with legal obligations.

Third parties

We share limited information with service providers who help us operate: website analytics providers, SMS and reservation/booking tools, email platforms, and social media platforms. These providers may process data on our behalf under their own terms. We may also disclose information where required by law.

We do not sell your personal data

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising in exchange for payment.

Data retention

We keep inquiry and reservation records only as long as needed for the purpose they were collected, our legitimate business needs, and applicable recordkeeping requirements — then we delete or de-identify them.

Your choices and rights

You may request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or opt out of marketing messages (reply STOP to texts or use the unsubscribe link in an email). Texas residents have rights under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act, including the right to confirm whether we process their personal data, to access, correct, or delete it, to obtain a portable copy, and to opt out of targeted advertising, sale, or certain profiling. To exercise any right, contact us using the details below; we may need to verify your identity, and you may appeal a denied request.

Children’s privacy

Willow is a 21-and-over venue. This site is not directed to anyone under 21, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
